ING Small Business Ecosystem Vision

An innovation team within ING had some great ideas of a stronger relationship between the bank and it's small business customers beyond the traditional banking services and financial products.

Two Technical Architect Directors and myself acted as a small task force from Salesforce's Service organisation to help shape the vision into a more concrete roadmap.

To help bring the vision to life in a way that was easier to communicate to a wider audience, we produced a mobile app prototype.

The app would provide valuable tools, such as bank functions, easy access to loan applications, bookkeeping, simple CRM and real-time financial health assessment to run their business with the option to extend with additional services that fit specific industries.
