I moved to London in 1999 since then I’ve discovered or been shown so many great restaurants and pubs and after living here a few years I realised I have no idea where many of the good ones I learned about in the beginning were. So to counter this I created a Google Map to pin my favourite restaurants.
In 2009 my wife and I visited Japan for the first time and following that trip I started another Google Map to pin places we liked in Tokyo as tourists. It has since been expanded with two additional trips and a short visit out of Tokyo to Kyoto and Osaka.
